Empowerment
Empowerment
We believe in healing, and we believe that transforming unjust social structures from the bottom up is entirely possible. At Stone Bridge Reentry Services, we look to support leadership amongst our peers—people who have been locked up, thrown out, and often forgotten by those in power.
We truly believe that everyone can be a mentor, no matter where they are at. We provide peer leadership opportunities for a core group of people who have managed to work through some of their own healing and stabilize.
Leadership
Leadership
We will build the leadership of people who have experienced poverty, homelessness, incarceration, and addiction, giving them not just a seat at the table and a voice, but also actual power in building this organization and our work.
Community Safety
Community Safety
Treatment modalities and reentry services are more than a handout to people in need—they are a way of regulating community safety by assisting struggling people to meet immediate needs, as well as to build relationships, strategize, and organize around issues of injustice.
Meeting the basic needs of people in reentry equals community safety and healthier families.

Housing
Housing
We are currently seeking funding so we can provide temporary, clean, safe and supportive housing.
Meeting the basic needs of our clients is just a starting point.
Peer Support
Peer Support
Recovery-orientated peer support offers a level of acceptance, understanding, and validation.
Those closest to the problem are also closest to the solution.
